    First Planning Phase
I do all my pre-planning in an Excel spreadsheet where each cell represents one LEGO stud. Then I plan where which element of the MOC should be and see how big it will get.

As mentioned, I had big plans of a MOC seven meters long…a bit oversized. So I reduced it to some extend but maybe still too big, we will see how far I get. All parts will be modular, most modules of the size of a Euro box. The buildings, cars and surroundings shall represent how it may have looked in the mid 1930s to 1950s.


  Coast Line (2020-2021)
Back in 2020 I started building the coast line as it might have looked in the past - including the sundial, the soundshell and the park. The park had a big roller skate area. I also added the road Marine Parade and a small park in front of the Masonic Hotel with a little fun fair including a carrousel and some park life.
