		Initial plan was to build a rather large part of the city condensed to two roads: Tennyson Street and Emerson Street. The layout was estimated at 40x7 LEGO baseplates. A reduced plan is only 25x7 plates. Since this is still very large I am likely to condense it further. On this layout some buildings have been moved from their real locations to make it possible to include them in the MOC.		After building the coastline with the park structure it was time to make more detailed plans for the Art Deco buildings. The Masonic Hotel was first and facades completely planned with Bricklink Studio.
